In 2022, Hometeam was tapped by Courageous Studios to film docustyle profiles for L'Oréal Paris’ Women of Worth. Each short documentary highlighted an honoree's story, exploring their non-profit journey and the positive impact they've made in their communities. Partnering with local crews, our core production team coordinated shoots across the United States, filming 8 docu-style profiles in just 3 weeks.
In 2023 and 2024, we filmed an additional 16 pieces. Through our network, both productions were inclusive and women-led – from our core producing staff to our local crews on the ground. We’re so proud of the beautiful pieces we were able to create together, and the support and kindness we found in each other on set.
